Description

Occurs when a blacklist is published,
- if LDAP revocation list distribution points are configured on the certification authority to publish the revocation list.
- if a publication of a delta revocation list is made without the associated basic revocation list.

The event occurs only when the Logging level has been set to 4 (CERTLOG_VERBOSE) or higher for the event log of the relevant certification authority.
